Fantástica Villa situada en plena Costa del Sol, en la falda norte de la Sierra de Mijas, junto al campo de golf Lauro Golf, a tan solo 14 kilómetros y menos de 20 minutos en coche de la playa y del aeropuerto internacional de Málaga. Se encuentra en una parcela de 1.300 m2 compuesta por zona de aparcamiento para varios vehículos, piscina privada climatizada de cloración salina, con wifi gratuito, Smart TV, con bonito jardín de 1000 m2 y barbacoa y de uso privado para 12 pax con zona infantil de juegos. Además, es uno de los pocos alojamientos en la zona que dispone de sauna. Esta se puede contratar por unidades de 1 hora, la unidad de 1 hora tiene un coste de 50,00 €.
También, esta propiedad destaca por disponer de cargador para coches eléctricos. Si dispone de un coche eléctrico, podrá cargar este durante la noche con total comodidad mientras descansa.
Villa Llanos de la Plata es una casa consciente del medio ambiente, los propietarios han invertido en una instalación completa de energía solar fotovoltaica y térmica para eliminar las emisiones de CO₂. La conexión a internet es de alta velocidad por fibra óptica. Dispone de TV Smart TV, Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime y TV a través de internet. En el jardín se dispone de hamacas, barbacoa, mesa de ping pong y una zona de juego para niños, con columpios, tobogán, casita del árbol, etc.
En el dormitorio tipo suite de la planta baja hay instalado un divertido futbolín.

Me sorprendió mucho que cuando no tuvimos agua caliente el primer día, envié un mensaje a las 7:30 de la mañana, mi intención era que lo vieran y contestaran a primera hora al abrir la oficina, y me contestaron al momento a esa hora y se pusieron en contacto con el propietario y a las 8:30 ya estaba el hombre de mantenimiento allí. El servicio en ese sentido excelente. Fuisteis atentos, rápidos y eficaces. Muy recomendable vuestra gestión y servicio.

We stayed for 2 weeks (myself, wife & 2 children (3&5) & 8 others) & our stay was made most welcome by Juan who was always there if needed. The villa was clean, tidy & very spacious for us all. The outside area was very well maintained & provided lots of entertainment for our children - especially the pool (usually twice a day), tree house, swings & slides, not forgetting the table football that entertained us adults too. The villa was very secure with a large gate being the only way in & out for people & cars for added peace of mind. You do need a car but is 5 minutes drive either direction to the shops in La GrandeDe La Torre. It was the perfect base to stay at & although there were 12 of us we managed to not get in each others way. Would definitely recommend & would love to come & stay again.

We (6 adults & 5 kids) spent two weeks at this house and we loved it. The house and the garden were nice and clean. The kitchen in the house is well equipped to prepare meals for 11 people. The best thing was the outdoor kitchen with the barbecue. Wever más
We (6 adults & 5 kids) spent two weeks at this house and we loved it. The house and the garden were nice and clean. The kitchen in the house is well equipped to prepare meals for 11 people. The best thing was the outdoor kitchen with the barbecue. We loved it to have a nice cold drink while preparing our dinner on the barbecue. The garden is nicely maintained and the pool invites for a refreshing swim. The kids area is nice as well, maybe it is a little bit pity that the ground of the kids area are little rocks and it can be a little bit dangerous when they go down the slide.
One thing someone mentioned before: "From time to time you can hear some dogs bark, apparently there is a hunter in the distant neighbourhood that holds a bunch of dogs." That's a little bit annoying. Apart from that is the area quite tranquil. If there is a problem with the house you can contact Juan/Susan everytime and they try to fix the problem as soon as possible. We had a problem with fridge, it was solved in 1,5 days. Luckily there was a spare fridge in the outdoor kitchen. We would rent this place again any time and recommend it to friends and family. |

The pool and sauna were great, however there were unexpected terms, that were not advertised. The pool heating has to be paid for the entire stay, so if you stay for 8 days, you can't just say, you only need 4 days of heating because you're touring the area and not need it. The sauna can be used only for 1 hour a day, and the time needs to be scheduled and paid in advance. If u don't get home on time - tough luck, you paid for nothing. So plan your usage accordingly.Unfortunately we also did not have hot water for 2 days during our one week stay, for some technical reason. We didn't get any compensation for this.On the checkout day, despite checkout is at 10, the gardeners and cleaners appeared already at 9, started cutting grass, cleaning. Instead of enjoying the last hour peacefully, we felt we were being hurried out. Not the nicest feeling for the end.

We needed accommodation at the last minute and this property didn't dissappoint. Unfortunately during our stay the weather was horrendous, so we didn't get to use the full facilities the home provides like the pool or the sauna house. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful house.

Wij verbleven met 8 volwassenen, 2 kinderen en 1 baby in deze fijne villa. De tuin is prachtig en overzichtelijk (wat fijn is in verband met de kinderen). De kids hebben zich ook goed vermaakt in de boomhut, glijbaan en schommel. Er zijn inderdaad vever más

De kids hebben zich ook goed vermaakt in de boomhut, glijbaan en schommel. Er zijn inderdaad veel blaffende honden in de omgeving. Als je de ramen van de slaapkamer dicht doet, hoor je er niet zoveel meer van. Er is airco op alle kamers, dus dan doe je toch de ramen dicht.Keuken is inderdaad wat gedateerd, maar als je eenmaal je draai hebt gevonden, dan maakt dat niet zoveel uit. De koelkast was lekker groot en ook genoeg kastjes om je spullen in te stoppen.Er is ook een buitenkeuken met grote bakplaat en gasfles. Daar hebben we ook veel gekookt. Heerlijke vakantie gehad in deze villa!

Its not ofen you find a villa with 4 double beds, this was a deal breaker for us, location wise, you need a car for everything, we had hoped we could walk to a local barrestaurant, but not to be and wasn't the end of the world, Some very nice restaurants in the area that cater for large families. We had a marvellous time and would definitely recommend. This villa has everything you'll need.

Please check whether the pool will be as you expect it (e.g., which cover will be in place), and prepare for the water supply to be removed with no notice due to works in the local area, apparently, the Spanish water companies don’t feel the need to communicate this! The local dogs, which are seemingly kept to guard properties, barked a lot - although this was not something we noticed when inside the villa.

The garden, pool and play area is perfect for families with children. However it should be made more clear in the villa details that the' heated pool ' is only heated if paid for. Assistance from the office, especially from Almudena and Diego for attending to an issue with the electrics and water supply were very prompt and professional.All things considered we had a very enjoyable week at your villa and would recommend it for families.

The villa was amazing and had plenty of room for 11 people on a family holiday. There were plenty of things to do a the villa to keep the kids and adults entertained from swimming in the pool, to table football and table tennis. Overall an amazing stay. Highly recommended

We had some issues with the pool, but messaged cubos and it was sorted quickly with a visit from both the pool maintenance company and the villa owner.

We stayed for 2 weeks (myself, wife & 2 children (3&5) & 8 others) & our stay was made most welcome by Juan who was always there if needed. The villa was clean, tidy & very spacious for us all. The outside area was very well maintained & provided lots of entertainment for our children - especially the pool (usually twice a day), tree house, swings & slides, not forgetting the table football that entertained us adults too. The villa was very secure with a large gate being the only way in & out for people & cars for added peace of mind. You do need a car but is 5 minutes drive either direction to the shops in La GrandeDe La Torre. It was the perfect base to stay at & although there were 12 of us we managed to not get in each others way. Would definitely recommend & would love to come & stay again.

The house was well land out with lots of space and nicely decorated. We loved the garden with the pool, sunloungers and all the different trees and plants. The house was in a really good location, close to the road but yet really quiet. All in all a perfect house to stay in to relax and see some of Andalucia's sights. The only thing I miss was a guestbook, it's fun to read earlier guests' advice and worries. And some recommendations for restaurants and english-speaking doktors close by.

We was followed to the House, where the Gate opened and we saw a very beautiful house. Not only beautiful but also very Spanish and cosy. A short instruction and payment session and then the children was in the nice, heated and clean pool. Also the House was very clean. Good rooms. Nice bathrooms. And just outside the House a long table, where we used a lot of time sitting eating, drinking and talking. We saw a very good example of a person/family who wants the best for his costumers. Better service that the one we got under our visit have we never seen before. Even under our visit the Owner called us to be sure that everything was okay. The pool was cleaned more times in the 8 days we lived there. We have nothing bad to say. As you can see, we have given our experience with the Owner and the House 5 stars, which means that we can give our recommendation for everyone. Families, Friends, Golfers (walking distance to Lauro Golf). There is space enough for 12 persons. Thank You to the Owner for letting us live in your house. |

The house was very nice. Clean, spacious, comfortable with a great garden and swimming pool for the whole family. Situated in a quit area with lots of privacy and quietness. Some of our (grown-up) kids walked to the Lauro Golf (a few minutes walking) and spend an afternoon on the driving range. Great experience for them. It is comfortable enough to stay the whole day around the house but if you want to go shopping, to the citythe beach you really need a car. Not mentioned in the add but present was a great table football table. We spend several evenings playing a table football competition and had a lot of fun.
Juan was a perfect host and acted very fast and accurate on all our requests. |

The house is well equipped with everything you could wish for 'home from home', the garden area was enclosed and private and perfect for lazy days spent by the pool with a few glasses of white wine. The bed was really comfortable and enjoyed a few nights in with the log fire. The surrounding area is stunning and would recommend car hire and exploring, especially historical town of Ronda. A trip to Mijas for wine tasting and the stunning views. We had such a lovely time and would love to visit again.

Car is a must but shops are very close by. We will be back here again this year that is for sure. Only thing we will bring us some English dvds to watch at night as the satellite has limited English chanels. Outside cooking has bbq is perfect. Garden with plenty loungers and space for kids to run about and is adults sit and relax. I really can't say enough good things about this villa it really is the best I've stayed in and juan was always there to help even so that he printed our boarding passes of for our flight home and dropped them into us. He was a gentleman and a pleasure dealing with I will be recommending his villaany other of his villas to family and friends. Can't wait to come back.

A Relaxing and Beautiful Vacation Home!

We had a fantastic time while staying in this villa for a week at the end of October. Juan, the owner, was very helpful and always accessible if needed. We had 5 adults, 2 young kids, and 2 babies and we fit comfortably in the house. The house was vever más
We had a fantastic time while staying in this villa for a week at the end of October. Juan, the owner, was very helpful and always accessible if needed. We had 5 adults, 2 young kids, and 2 babies and we fit comfortably in the house. The house was very clean, well-decorated, and had everything we needed from cooking items to baby cots and hair dryers. The location of the house was ideal for relaxing in the scenic mountainous countryside while still being a close drive into Malaga and nearby beaches. From the house, other day trips (such as Gibraltar, Cordoba, and Granada) are an easy 90-minute to 2 hour drive away. (We highly recommend renting a car and having a sat nav.) The house was great to come back to in the evening after a day out and relax. The kids loved the swings and slide as well as the pool, though the pool water was a bit cold because we came in the cooler off-season. The nearby town of Alhaurin el Grande is a five-minute drive away and was great for taking a morning jog, shopping, relaxing at a café in the evening, and grabbing some great food (including Chinese takeaway!). Overall, a great holiday and we highly recommend to others.

We couldn't have asked for anymore from a holiday. We were a group of 4adults, 2toddlers and 2babies and had plenty of room inside the villa and in the garden. Anything we needed Juan was able to help us with, overall a 5star trip!

We (two families, four adults, four kids) spent two weeks in July in this beautiful place and didn't regret one minute. We immediately felt home, the place has served us well as retreat from day trips into the beautiful country side of Andalusiato thver más
We (two families, four adults, four kids) spent two weeks in July in this beautiful place and didn't regret one minute. We immediately felt home, the place has served us well as retreat from day trips into the beautiful country side of Andalusiato the coast.
The house is very well equipped and in very good shape: The furniture is new and modern, 4 out of the 5 bedrooms as well as the living room are equipped with air condition. Internet, flat screen TVs, three bathrooms etc. complete the above average set up of the house. The garden and pool area is well maintained and kept in good shape (automatic sprinklers, gardeners every saturday etc.). The lot is completely fenced in ( automatic door) and the house is protected by an alarm system. The location of the lot is very close to the "Laura Golf" course, right between Alhaurin el Grande and Alhaurin de la Torre in a small residential area. A car is definitely required as all grocery stores are at least 5 min by car away. The is only minor downside that we would like to mention: From time to time -and pending the wind direction- you can hear some dogs bark, apparently there is a hunter in the distant neighbourhood that holds a bunch of dogs. We enjoyed the hospitality of our landlord Juan who was always been available when we needed him. Yes, we would go there again and yes, we would recommend this place to a friend. |

Just home after two weeks in this wonderful villa with my family. We were a group of 9 adults and 4 children who fit comfortably in the villa. We had much use out of the pool, table tennis and spacious garden. Owner Juan was very helpful in ensuring we were set up with satellite tv and replaced/ fixed the fridge promptly upon it breaking. The only complaint is the dogs in the nearby villas which frequently bark however this did not affect our enjoyment of the villa.

The pool and grounds were fantastic for the adults and also the kids, lots to do and it made for a really relaxing weeks holiday. The owners/property management team were also very helpful with any queries. We wouldn't hesitate in staying again!! |

Have stayed in many places in Spain and feel like this is the first one to have it all. Didn't need to buy anything extra they have thought of everything. The place was spotlessly clean and fresh upon arrival. We requested the laundry and maid service and found them to be superb. All areas of the property were beautifully furnished. The kids had an amazing holiday, the tree house was so exciting for them. Overall 10/10

Notas adicionales
- Unos días antes de su llegada, deben ponerse en contacto con la agencia de recepción para comunicar su horario de llegada (nº vuelo / barco en su caso) y organizar la recogida de llaves.
- Una vez llegado al destino, por favor contáctenos por teléfono y diríjanse directamente al alojamiento o punto de reunión previamente concertado.
- En temporada baja la hora de entrada y de salida son flexibles. Contactar con la agencia para concretar las horas.
- Devolución de fianza: por transferencia bancaria entre 5 y 15 días tras la salida del alojamiento.
- Devolución de fianza: en la tarjeta de crédito tras 24h/48h de la salida.
- No se admiten animales.
- Llegada fuera de horario: Organizar llegada con agencia en destino. Se ha de abonar la totalidad de la reserva en destino
