Terminada su construcción en junio de 2020 Cubo's Villa Elena le ofrece modernidad, lujo e intimidad sin perder las calidades de vida de pasar sus vacaciones a tan solo 10 minutos del centro de Alhaurín el Grande.
Con una arquitectura moderna y cercada en todo su perímetro con muros altos que le garantizaran su intimidad, esta maravillosa villa de lujo es un espacio para desconectar del mundo.
A su entrada le recibirá un impresionante hall con una gran vidriera que le hará ver que no se ha equivocado de alojamiento, este hall le lleva hacia la cocina, despensa y hacia la moderna escalera que le lleva a la planta superior o a la planta baja.
En la planta superior, encontrará, a primera instancia, una íntima terraza con hamacas y mobiliario de exterior, cómodo y lujoso, disfrutará de increíbles atardeceres, íntimos y únicos.
En la planta de arriba encontrará una espectacular habitación de matrimonio, con dos grandes vidrieras a ambos lados de la habitación. Silenciosa, grande, espectacular con las luces led que han diseñado para que tenga el mejor ambiente posible. Otra de las habitaciones que encuentra en esta planta superior es una habitación infantil con cama litera, ideal si los peques de la casa no quieren dormir lejos de los padres. El resto de conjunto de habitaciones se encuentra en la planta inferior, es una planta semisótano que mantiene luz natural en las habitaciones. Amplias con baños en suite y manteniendo la estética elegante y moderna de todo el conjunto.
Como agencia podríamos limitarnos a decir que este alojamiento consta de salón, jardín y cocina, pero como verá en las fotos y en la realidad cuando alquile este alojamiento, es que dispone de una cocina de ensueño, unida a un gran salón, moderno, cómodo y elegante. Todo este conjunto comunicado con todo el exterior de la propiedad. Zona chill-out con futbolín, hamaca y columpio para los niños, fuente de agua que le permitirá relajarse y un espacio de barbacoa con una gran cama elástica que será su broche para los almuerzos.
Por la piscina no debe de preocuparse, con un desnivel efecto playa y asegurada en todo su perímetro con un sistema de cristales corredera de alta seguridad, que le permitirán tener la piscina integrada en el jardín, o cerrada para mantener a los pequeños alejados del agua. La piscina dispone de placas y calentadores solares para durante el verano aumentar la temperatura del agua y hacer que sus baños sean una experiencia única.
No se le escapará ningún detalle de la villa, esté en el salón, la cocina o en la zona de barbacoa. Además esta villa de lujo ha sido premiada como la villa mejor valorada por los viajeros el pasado año 2023.
Dispone también de un aseo en el exterior que le evitará entrar mojado al alojamiento. Esperemos que disfruten de Cubo’s Villa Elena, y tengan las mejores vacaciones posibles.
En invierno dispone de calefacción por agua en el suelo de toda la Villa, que le dará un confort difícil de olvidar.

The neighbourhood was very quiet, we did not hear any other noise whilst staying at the villa which was great, but be advised that ideally you need to hire a car as the villa is remote (but within 10 min car journey from nearest town) the host was absolutely amazing, we contacted him serveral times during our stay, and no request was too small he went over and above to make sure our every need was met! Overall an amazing villa perfect for a family holiday! Thanks again.

The villa was beautiful and perfect for a family. We had so much fun playing in the pool and with all of the games and children toys available at the villa. The owner of the villa was in contact with us and did everything he could to help make our stay perfect (including helping us make an order from a local restaurant!). We'd definitely come back here in future. |

There really wasn't much room for improvement as the villa is perfect. Only small feedback could be to put some fans/AC in the gym as it was especially hot the week we were there. The AC in the rest of the house worked perfect though so not a problemver más

Finding accommodations that cater to toddlers needs can be quite a challenge. However, this villa surpassed all our expectations, creating a memorable experience for the children and us.One of the highlights of our stay was the pool which has thoughtfully been designed for young children. The swings, picnic bench and trampoline space became a hub of entertainment and joy for the children, giving us parents a chance to relax and unwind while still keeping an eye on our child.The villa itself was a haven of comfort and convenience. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. The villa is designed to a high standard throughout and well equipped, everything has been thought of!We highly recommend it to families seeking a peaceful retreat with little ones.

Wij verbleven een week met 6 volwassenen en 1 kind in deze prachtige villa.We hadden heerlijk weer en daarom konden we volop gebruik maken van alle buiten faciliteiten. Maar ook van de fitness is uitgebreid gebruik gemaakt. Het (wel koude) zwembad is omheind. Badlakens voor aan het zwembad liggen er ook. Voor kinderen is er ook genoeg te doen. Er is een grote trampoline en er staan doeltjes. Binnen is er een kast vol speelgoed met niet alleen spullen voor bij het zwembad, maar ook fietsjes en stepjes.Er stonden 2 kistjes met wat levensmiddelen waardoor we ons erg welkom voelden.Fran, de eigenaar, nam regelmatig contact op om te vragen of alles nog naar wens was. Ook dacht hij prima met ons mee.Ik zou zeker iedereen aanraden om hier naartoe te gaan!

A small detail but we did fund Juan’s taxi charges very steep. 20 Euros from the town to Villa when every other taxi company charged no more than 8 Euros.
Also he charged us 90 Euros for taking us to the Villa from town then 45 minutes shopping. Agaiver más

Omg, what a villa, the photos on the website were a true reflection of the actual villa. From the moment we arrived we were speechless. The amount of space, the bedrooms, the views of the mountains in the morning at breakfast were breathtaking, thver más
Omg, what a villa, the photos on the website were a true reflection of the actual villa. From the moment we arrived we were speechless. The amount of space, the bedrooms, the views of the mountains in the morning at breakfast were breathtaking, the villa caters for adults and children, the owners had a cupboard full of toys which my granddaughters loved. The outdoor bar and bbq were amazing and the whole outside lit up beautifully at night.
You definitely need a car as it is quite remote but we loved the peace and quiet and the fact you weren’t being looked at. The two swings and trampoline kept my grandkids busy all day, the hammock also kept the bigger kids(adults) occupied as well. |
