En esta planta encontraremos un gran espacio de jardín con un cobertizo/pérgola estilo hawaiano en el que podrá disfrutar de la familia, tomar un descanso, jugar con los más pequeños de la casa y preparar almuerzos, cenas, en la excelente zona de barbacoa que dispone el alojamiento. A esta zona inferior están conectadas las habitaciones a través de una amplia puerta de acceso, podrá levantarse y hacer ejercicios de yoga (si lo practica) plácidamente,
Los dormitorios destacan por su amplitud, comodidad y luminosidad. Le sorprenderá el amplio dormitorio principal con baño en suite, en el que podrá usar también de despacho gracias al mobiliario que dispone.
Todos tienen la comodidad de tener un parqué de madera natural, agradable y hace que los dormitorios tengan una calidez extra junto a la bonita decoración de los mismos.
Todas las habitaciones tienen espacio para guardar su equipaje y control de temperatura, el aire acondicionado del alojamiento es centralizado. Recuerde tener un consumo moderado y responsable de los aparatos eléctricos.

En esta planta disfrutará de un salón amplio, amueblado y decorado con mucho gusto, separado de la salita de la televisión y con un bonito balcón con unas pequeñas vistas al mar. Podrá disfrutar de elegantes almuerzos o cenas en estos espacios, también el descanso, la intimidad personal (leer un libro, escuchar su música, etc. ) podrá encontrarlo en estos espacios. Un agradable sol iluminará esta estancia de una manera delicada que le permitirá disfrutar de tener las ventanas abiertas y respirar tranquilidad.
Encontraremos también una amplia cocina con una mesa comedor para 4 personas, ideal para que los más pequeños de la casa almuercen tranquilos. Es una cocina equipada con todo lo necesario para que sea fácil preparar cualquier almuerzo. Recuerde que se encuentra cerca de zonas comerciales locales y que puede realizar su compra casi a diario (distancias siempre marcadas en vehículo).
PLANTA SUPERIOR (PISCINA Y BAR)
Esta zona, a la cual accedemos mediante una amplia escalera, le dará acceso a una amplia terraza solarium con una piscina decorada y embellecida por maderas de exterior, una barra para poder subir sus refrescos.
Un espacio elegante, diferente, exclusivo, donde poder disfrutar del sol, de la piscina a cualquier hora del día.
Recuerde que está dentro de una zona urbanizada y debe de respetar las reglas de convivencia generales y siempre respetando las normas de la casa.

There was some damage from a previous flood, wasnt major and they were working on repairs. We loved the pool area and variety of private outdoor spaces. The kitchen was fully stocked and bedrooms and bathrooms comfortable. The villa was sparkling clean. Thank you for a wonderful holidau.

Amazing villa with great views. The roof top with bar and pool is the best but there are lots of different spaces to shareto escape if you come with a bigger group. Plenty of double rooms with ensuiteshared bathroom, big kitchen with anything you need and a massive living area to relax. The master suite is huge and so is the bed which is super comfortable. There',s around 20min walk to town but you can get taxisUbers and they vary between 4€ to 8€, worth if you',re planning to have a few vinos :-) Going into town is pleasant as it is down hill but coming back may be too much for some. The agent Cristina was great very helpful and ready to respond any questions straight away. She was very welcoming and gave us good tips and recommendations for places to eat. She was also very flexible with the check in and check out times.

The location on the mountain was no problem. Nice walk to the city centre (20 min). It’s also a great house for playing hide and seek :-)

We visited as a party 7 adult family members. We were met on arrival and found the villa to be beautiful and spotlessly clean. There was more than enough space for all of us including 3 dining areas each that could accomodate all of us and several sever más
We visited as a party 7 adult family members. We were met on arrival and found the villa to be beautiful and spotlessly clean. There was more than enough space for all of us including 3 dining areas each that could accomodate all of us and several seating areas. We were all really impressed with the property. The pool area was nice, pool fairly small but a nice depth of around I would guess at 1.3M. It took around 15min to 20 min to walk to the beachsupermarket. It was possible to walk into town, but it was easy to get taxis at a cost of around 6-7 euro. The departure procedure was straight forward and security deposit had been released before we arrived back in the UK.

This is a great property in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the beach (15min walk) and the old city center (20min walk). Plenty of space for our family and the manager handled the few minor issues we experienced. It was a great trip!

The rooms were all very spacious and modern and the house was very spacious so despite there being eight of us, we never felt like we were on top of each other. The location was also superb as you are only a 20 min walk away from central Malaga, especially the Old Town. That said, you feel isolated enough being non the hillside away from town so it very much is the best of both! Would highly recommend to any group wishing to stay in Malaga and could not think of a better place to stay in the area!

Stunning villa in a lovely quiet residential street. The villa itself has several areas to relax. The garden is huge and perfect for kids to play, and the outdoor kitchen and bbq area were perfect. We chose to dine most evenings on the beautiful balcony with views of the sea. The villa was well equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner himself was very attentive to any issues (e.g. the gardener had locked away the pool net accidentally) but the owner was made aware by the rental company and had it rectified immediately. You can easily walk to the main front in around 15/20 minutes (downhill) but I would recommend an uber for the journey back uphill.The upstairs level with bar, lounging areas and pool was lovely and got lots of sun. I was initially concerned about the pool as it is not at eye level however I had a good enough view from the upper lounge area and the pool itself was not too deep. My daughter loved jumping in from the decked area. I would say if staying with very young children however, you would want to be sat on the side,in the water with them to have full vantage point. Fantastic stay, and we'll maintained and beautiful villa. Would recommend.
