Ground floor accommodation located in the outer district of Alhaurín el Grande, very close to the city centre and well connected, whether you come to work or to discover the province of Malaga and all the socio-cultural attractions it can offer. From enjoying the Caminito del Rey to visiting museums such as Thyssen, Picasso or Pompideu. All just a few minutes (around 25 minutes) from the location of the accommodation.
In the surroundings of the accommodation you can find everything from children's playgrounds to restaurants and breakfast businesses and even supermarkets or local food stores. Located on the ground floor, it will be easy to access, where at the entrance you will find a first view of the living room and the glazed terrace. In this living room you can enjoy time with your family or relax watching television. On the terrace (furnished with furniture for two people) you can rest, read a book, and enjoy natural light.
Next to the living room you will find a nice kitchen, narrow at the first step through a corridor that widens towards the ceramic hob and sink area. You will have all the necessary kitchenware and small appliances so that you can prepare your lunches comfortably. You will also have the necessary space so that you can store your belongings in an orderly manner.
You will have two bedrooms, both with a window to the outside and with space to store your luggage in an orderly manner. Between the two bedrooms you will have four places, one of the bedrooms has a double bed and the second has two single beds. The fifth person will sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. It is possible that at certain times of the year these extra places have an increase in the rate.
