Beautiful and bright recently renovated apartment for 2 people in Benalmádena, 10 minutes walking from the beach, with free wifi, air conditioning, sea views, garden and several swimming pools.
The apartment consists of a living room and dining area with access to the terrace, a spacious double bedroom also with access to the terrace, full bathroom with bathtub and fully equipped independent kitchen with induction hob.
The terrace has a table, chairs and awning to be able to eat outdoors or simply enjoy the views of the gardens and the sea.
The complex has 4 communal swimming pools, two large and two children's pools, as well as wide and well-maintained gardens with grass, full of paths, corners and shadows where to rest or sunbathe.
Ni Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions on water supply and how they might affect the traveller's stay, as long as these were decreed by the competent authorities and were mandatory.
To mitigate these possible inconveniences during your stay, we recommend considering taking out travel insurance.
It has an excellent location, two minutes from Paloma Park, and just 900 m from the beach, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars and all kinds of cultural offerings.

Near perfect, except for no pool facilities

The apartment was fantastic and communal areas always clean & tidy. Area around apartments had plenty of restaurants and supermarkets so ideal for self-catering needs. Metro was only a 10 minute walk away so easy access to everything including airporsee more
The apartment was fantastic and communal areas always clean & tidy. Area around apartments had plenty of restaurants and supermarkets so ideal for self-catering needs. Metro was only a 10 minute walk away so easy access to everything including airport. Air conditioning is in living room only but fan provided for bedroom. Best to in living room in hot summer months. The washing machine was good addition too. Only issue was that the pool was empty and the neighbouring apartments (Hercules) pool was overcrowded anyway. Andrea was lovely and even turned up a bit earlier for us so we could pick up keys. Thank you.

We regret any inconvenience caused by the availability of the pool. Please be advised that there are several pools available to all residents on the premises. However, due to water restrictions and in an effort to care for the environment, only some of them are open at certain times. Although the closest pool was not available, there is another one just 20 meters away that was. We greatly appreciate your understanding and hope you had a pleasant stay. The apartment is clean and beautiful. You have everything there what you need. Even the location is amazing. You are in 10 minutes at the seaeven in the centro where the train station is. Supermarkets and bars are near. The balcony was my favorite plsee more
