The accommodation is located in the center of La Cala de Mijas on a pedestrian street. You can only park your vehicle on this street for a few minutes to unload your luggage. We recommend finding parking in the surrounding area, as the accommodation does not have a parking space. Although the town is small, it is well-equipped like a city. You’ll find practically everything you need nearby: various supermarkets, restaurants, hairdressers, hardware stores, lawyers, veterinarians, notaries, opticians, car repair shops, banks, gyms, two schools, high schools, shops, bus stops, taxis, the Town Hall, and the Cultural Center. There is a health center about 300 meters away, just outside the town center. The apartment is subject to a deposit, which must be paid before your arrival or during check-in. Start your day with a walk along the beaches of La Cala, having all services nearby, including supermarkets, entertainment, and dining options. If you are traveling with children, just a few meters from the apartment, you will find public facilities, both in the urban area and on the beach, where you can have a good time with them and enjoy watching them play, either on the beach or in the park. The apartment is located in a building with three apartments and two studios. Although there is no elevator, you only need to climb a few steps to reach the first floor, which feels more like a mezzanine, where this apartment is the only one on the floor. Upon entering the accommodation, you will have a wide view of the balcony, dining-living room, and open-plan kitchen. A large sofa dominates this space, where you can sit and enjoy a pleasant evening with your family watching TV or enjoying your favorite series thanks to the free Wi-Fi connection offered by the accommodation. You can create different atmospheres at night in the living-dining room, thanks to the extensive lighting options, allowing you to choose which area to illuminate. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in all functional rooms, including bedrooms and the living room. Located in a quiet urbanization, very well located and with a community pool. You can enjoy the beach of the Costa del Sol and enjoy all the nearby services that this apartment offers. You can walk to the beach, enjoy the gastronomic offer of the area (beach bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues). This coastline is bordered by the coastal path, a wide path of kilometers of wooden walkway that you can enjoy both by bicycle and on foot. The urbanization is quiet and has parking in the areas around it, parking that is not assigned, but exclusive to the users of the urbanization, it depends on the good use of everyone who may have parking. You will also have a beautiful and large pool surrounded by grass and plants, the pool is fenced around its perimeter and access is coded, ask your receptionist for the code and carefully read the hours, uses and rules established by the community. Although the apartment is a first floor, you will only have to climb a short flight of stairs to access it through the main door, you will also have access through the terrace overlooking the pool and facing the sea. Access that will allow you to access the pool without having to go around the main entrance of the accommodation. Upon entering through the main door, we have a beautiful hall and a first view of the spacious living room and kitchen access.
