LOCATION
Apartment located in the center of Malaga. Near Río Guadalmedina and with direct views of one of the most important squares during Holy Week in Malaga.
You will have at your fingertips and without needing a vehicle, metro stations (Atarazanas), urban bus stops, taxis and all the cultural leisure that the capital of Malaga offers.
Cathedral, Calle Larios, Muelle Uno, CAC Museum (contemporary art center), Pompidue, Thyssen Museum, Picasso Museum.
You can also shop at the Atarazanas market, located a few meters away, enjoy Malaga gastronomy and the leisure venues in the central area of Malaga.
Remember that you are staying in an apartment with an established community, respect the rest of the other neighbors and comply with the rules of use established in the community.
It is an ideal accommodation for traveling without a vehicle. If you come by plane, from the airport, you can take the commuter train that leaves you at the María Zambrano train station and from there take the metro to the Atarazanas station. You can also travel by bus, although, if you travel by car, you will not have a parking problem, the accommodation has a parking space for one vehicle in the same building (with an extra cost of €23/day to be paid upon arrival). To access it, you will have to take the elevator that gives access to the garage (using a special key). The use of the parking lot to avoid robbery by other users requires that, when the car is not parked in its space, the obstruction triangle must be placed to prevent other users from occupying its space.
ACCOMMODATION
Equipped with centralized air conditioning, regulated by a token attached to the accommodation keys, the removal of this token from the bunch of keys may result in partial withholding of the deposit, this element is used to control electricity consumption, derived from air conditioning.
With exterior windows in both the bedroom and the living room, you will always have the Guadalmedina River and the Plaza del Cristo de Mena in sight, from where the Spanish Legion leaves during Holy Week, a spectacle worth seeing, of which you will be a privileged witness if you reserve on those dates. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
The living room and kitchen space are united, where a beautiful American kitchen offers all the necessary functions so that you can prepare any lunch without problem. It also has osmosis, so you can drink filtered water without the need to buy bottled water. You can also rest on the comfortable sofa bed in the television area, this sofa bed will act as a bed for the other two people who do not sleep in the bedroom.
This television area has a smart TV with which you can watch your favorite series or movie in the highest quality, thanks to the 650 Mb/s fiber optic connection offered by the accommodation.
The bedroom, equipped with a wardrobe and exterior windows, has two single beds that can be put together or separated.
You will have an iron, ironing board, travel cot for babies (maximum 15 kg or 2 years)..The bathroom is a bathroom with a shower, it also houses the washing machine.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions in the water supply and how they could affect the traveler's stay, as long as these were decreed by the competent authorities, and were mandatory.

Das gesamte Haus und die Gegend ist gepflegt. Die Lage, Direkt an der Altstadt ist ideal um Málaga zu erkunden. Wir sind mit dem Auto angreist und haben die Tiefarage genutzt. Als einziges Mango ist eine befahrene Straße direkt vor dem Haus. Das war uns aber bewusst und war für uns nicht besonders störend. Bei geschlossenen Fenster, kein Problem. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
