Accommodation subject to a deposit of prior payment upon arrival, the refund will be executed 48 hours after your departure and after reviewing the accommodation.
The apartment offers a comfortable and cozy layout with three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds and a third with a single bed 1.05 meters wide, ensuring a restful rest after a day full of discoveries and adventures. .
In the living room, a spacious and comfortable sofa awaits you to relax and enjoy family moments in front of the television. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious dishes, turning each meal into an opportunity to gather and share.

We were the very first guests at this place and it was a wonderful stay! We were sad our plans changed and we had to cut our trip short. We’ve stayed in a couple other places in Malaga and this one was our favorite, both the home and the location. Thsee more
We were the very first guests at this place and it was a wonderful stay! We were sad our plans changed and we had to cut our trip short. We’ve stayed in a couple other places in Malaga and this one was our favorite, both the home and the location. There was so much so nice about this place : the well equipped kitchen, the two laundry hanging places (on covered!), all the parks and children’s playgrounds nearby. It’s close to the train station and the mall while also nicely situated close to the beach. Working with Cubo Homes was a little difficult. They handle the Airbnb communication and were unable to answer specific questions about the listing. All communication with the host was through messaging. Be aware that Cubo requires you pay a €300 security deposit to the host when you checkin. The hosts were incredibly nice. We had to checkin very early and they were flexible. This hosting has the potential of becoming a rare find in Malaga!

Es un piso amplio y limpio con todas equipaciones (wifi, toallas, etc) en un bloque de vecinos muy tranquilo. La ubicación es inmejorable, a 5 minutos andando de la estación y de la playa, y a 10 minutos del centro. Hay también supermercados cerca y see more

Hay también supermercados cerca y varios bares - restaurantes en una calle cercana muy recomendables para almorzar o cenar comida de la zona.La anfitriona nos trato muy bien y nos dio muchas facilidades a la hora de recoger las llaves y para que tuviésemos el piso a punto a nuestra llegada, incluso a la hora de recuperar un objeto personal que olvidamos en el apartamento.Muy recomendable en general

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Pets not allowed.
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
