With a capacity for five people, this cottage situated on the second line of the beach offers you comfort, tranquillity and an excellent location to discover the province of Malaga.
The beach, together with its extensive promenade, is less than 50 metres away, offering a gastronomic experience and spaces both on the beach and in public parks for the family to enjoy with the little ones of the house.
If you travel by car (the accommodation does not have parking) you will have very good communications, whether you are going to the Costa del Sol or to the east coast where you can discover Nerja, Rincón de la Victoria etc.
With a two-storey architecture, at the entrance it offers a front patio with two entrances to the kitchen and dining room, both together, differentiating from this space the living room, which will be used as a TV room and family meeting area. There is also a sofa bed for the fourth and fifth person in the family unit.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, has enough space to store your belongings and space for a washing machine.
The master bedroom is located on the upper floor, with two spaces connected by a dressing room and luggage storage area. In this space there is a double bed located at the top of the stairs and a single bed with access to the terrace in the area next to the dressing room.
