Located on the Huelin Promenade and directly on the beachfront, this accommodation with parking included in the rate provides you with the option of a comfortable and pleasant rest, a cozy stay in a spacious area such as the living-dining room, and the advantage of being in an exclusive location where the building is close to local leisure and dining businesses, cafes, shops, public transportation, and good access to the various highways of the province of Málaga.
All these advantages will make your vacation ideal for enjoying the culture, art, gastronomy, and architecture of Málaga. Without forgetting personal well-being, being able to take advantage of a maritime promenade with bike lanes, wide beaches, and a pleasant and safe environment in the area.
In the housing community, you can enjoy a rooftop pool where you can sunbathe or take a swim with impressive views of Malaga Bay. The pool usage is limited to a schedule that must be followed along with the capacity and usage rules set by the community. It is open from April to November. Due to recent weather phenomena, the pool will remain closed until April 11.
With spacious elevators you will be able to go up to the accommodation, where at its entrance a distributor hallway offers you on the left a spacious living-dining room with television, lunch table, a comfortable sofa and a terrace where you can enjoy the sea breeze. Although it is not a front view of the sea, you will be able to see it and have a tea or read a book.
From the entrance of the accommodation to the right we have a spacious kitchen with a small laundry area. Equipped with everything necessary so that you can prepare your lunches comfortably and neatly. You will enjoy this space to prepare your meals and if you are missing any ingredient, you can walk to the different local businesses in the area and do the necessary shopping.
It will have two full bathrooms, one en suite in one of the bedrooms, which is equipped with a bathtub, and the other in the hallway, also complete, but with a shower tray. Both are spacious and comfortable.

Amazing comfy beds with lots of storage, well equipped kitchen, free gated parking, terrace and rooftop swimming pool (open April-October) is everything you can as for and more. Apartment is located on the beach front, short walk to local market and shops. There is a huge choice of restaurants, playgrounds and outdoor gym facilities- perfect place for anyone especially with children. We absolutely loved this place and would highly recommend.

Het was lekker dicht bij zee en restaurants. Ondanks dat je met andere mensen het zwembad moest delen had je vaak toch zwembad alleen. Uitzicht was mooi, appartement was schitterend.
