Description
The surroundings of the urbanization are designed with small paths and gardens that will provide you with small corners where you can disconnect, without leaving it. You will also enjoy three pool spaces where you can sunbathe on the days when you do not want to enjoy the beach. .
An extensive beach, where you can enjoy beautiful walks or simply spend the day there with the advantage of being a few meters from the apartment, you will also enjoy restaurants on the beach where you can taste the rich Malaga tradition of espetos sardine among other typical dishes of the province.
A few minutes by car or walk you can also find a commercial area with local businesses where you can solve any urgent needs. Renowned supermarkets such as Mercadona, Aldi or Lidl are a short distance away but it is necessary to take the car.
At your entrance, the accommodation offers you a large independent living room, where you can relax, let the air pass through (thanks to its glass closure) or feel the sun's rays in the seasons when the days are colder. Excellent triplex penthouse with sea views, located in the Cabopino marina, Marbella. Includes private numbered parking for one vehicle. ENVIRONMENT AND LOCATION Located in the Cabopino marina in Marbella and with direct access a few meters from the beach. The great advantage of this penthouse is the perfect combination between its location on the beach, nautical port, nature, with various services (restaurants, etc.) and excellent communications. You will enjoy natural landscapes such as the Artola Dunes, a unique ecosystem in the province of Malaga. With a wooden walkway you can take long bike rides or walk with a route that reaches the Roman Bridge in Marbella. These walkways will also allow you to access the beaches in the area, considered among the best in the province of Malaga. Their orientations offer unique sunsets, where at certain times of the year (between January and May) the sun hides under the sea. . The rest of the year, and no less beautiful, will have sunsets over the mountains that surround the entire area of Marbella.
