Pleasant stay overall. The apartment is in a lush, nicely landscaped development with lots of greenery. The apartment itself is cozy, comfortable, and has a lot of Spanish charm. The large sunny terrace is amazing! There are tennis courts right outsisee more
Pleasant stay overall. The apartment is in a lush, nicely landscaped development with lots of greenery. The apartment itself is cozy, comfortable, and has a lot of Spanish charm. The large sunny terrace is amazing! There are tennis courts right outside the apartment and the beach is about a 15 min walk. Some things to consider: there are a lot of stairs within the development until you get to the building and then it's another 3 flights of stairs. There's a very loud skateboard park right outside the apartment, so for several hours during the day you'll hear loud clamor from skateboarding, but it's very quiet and peaceful at night. The apartment smells lightly of tobacco smoke when you initially enter every time, which was off-putting for me as I'm a non-smoker, and the smell should have been noted in the description in my opinion. There are some small improvements that could be made around the apartment - kitchen faucet is loose, shower head doesn't stay in place, etc.

The apartment was as described, it was clean and had just about bare needs for self catering. There where only two of us so it didn’t feel small,more than 2 adults a bit cramped, enjoyed the week on the Costa del Sol, but I don’t think we would stay see more

There where only two of us so it didn’t feel small,more than 2 adults a bit cramped, enjoyed the week on the Costa del Sol, but I don’t think we would stay here again, there for a few upgrades needed especially to the bed and bathroom, the toilet was constantly running water but the shower although also a bit dated worked great.Accessibility if you are not fully mobile could be an issue. There’s about 28 steps down and about 30 steps up to the apartment. Great little clubhouse within about 200 mtrs which has bar snacks and friendly staff.

The apartment and the facilities in it where all really good, everything you would need is there. The balcony is lovely and large, allowing enough room for sun loungers plus table and chairs. It’s top floor so it’s open to the beautiful blue sunnysee more

It’s top floor so it’s open to the beautiful blue sunny skies but it also has an awning that can be opened out to give shade if required. Another advantage is that the balcony is not directly overlooked.
The only slight problem for me was that location was a little further away from the supermarket than I expected. It was only about a 10/12 min walk so wasn’t a problem going down but coming back up carrying heavy shopping etc was sometimes an effort for me. Probably more due to my lack of fitness that though! . |
