This apartment has wonderful sea views, a beach a few minutes walk away and modern decoration, this apartment is ideal for spending your holidays near the beach.
The apartment is located in an urbanization, in the El Faro area, near Fuengirola and Cala de Mijas. In your surroundings you will enjoy beaches and beach bars, level crossings will allow you to walk to the beaches that you can see from the accommodation terrace.
Although it has the A7 highway that will take you to destinations such as Marbella, Estepona, Fuengirola or Cala de Mijas, the quality of the windows and closure will allow you to rest in pleasant silence, as well as efficiently maintain the temperature of the apartment thanks to the installation of air conditioning with heat pump that is installed.
The outdoor area of the urbanization has a large swimming pool with a garden area. Remember that you are within a community and you have to respect its schedules and rules. The swimming pool is available all year round.
At your entrance, the accommodation offers you a general view of the living room with access to the glazed terrace, an American kitchen equipped with everything you need to make it easy to prepare your lunches and a dining area, along with a comfortable sofa bed where you can see the Smart TV television. Connected to the internet, you can continue watching your favorite series.
You will really enjoy the glazed terrace, which is easy to open, although we recommend that you pay attention to the explanation from your receptionist for correct operation. This terrace has outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful sea views it has.
The bedrooms, of which there are two, have windows to the outside, closets to store your luggage in an orderly manner and central air conditioning. A master bedroom with a window to the outside and access to the terrace has a double bed, the second bedroom, which has two single beds, has an outside window to the community area.
Between these bedrooms you will have an elegant bathroom with a shower.
Located next to the famous El Faro beach, 870 meters long, with fine sand, with capacity for 86 hammocks and a first aid station.
Accommodation near the beach, with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions in the water supply and how they could affect the traveler's stay, as long as these were decreed by the competent authorities, and were mandatory.
