Sunny house with good access, located just 4 kilometres from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande.
At Casa María Los Javieles, you can enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside. Spacious, comfortable, and with a fantastic pool (fenced in the sunbed area) where you can make the most of the sunny hours.
As soon as you arrive at the house, you will see its facade with arches and a porch, and beforehand, you will have a large space where you can park your vehicles with total safety.
The porch, with outdoor furniture, will allow you to have a coffee or tea, or simply relax reading a book.
The entrance to the house is preceded by the main living-dining room. Equipped with a Smart TV, you can sit and watch your series or movies thanks to the WIFI connection offered by the accommodation hosts.
The kitchen, spacious and equipped with everything necessary, will allow you to prepare lunches, dinners, or breakfasts to your liking. Additionally, you can enjoy mountain views while cooking.
The stove is gas-powered, and it also has a fridge/freezer, water kettle, toaster, household and kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and dishwasher.
The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, and all have external windows. The bedrooms are equipped with heat pump air conditioning.
One of the bedrooms has an internal bathroom, and the other toilet is next to the living room.
From the dining room, you can access the pool and the children's area. But before the pool, there is a porch with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your lunches while monitoring the pool area and children when they are in it.
The pool has a toilet with a shower tray.
The children's area is equipped with a swing and various children's toys.

We had a wonderful week here. The house and garden were perfect for a large family group. We enjoyed the pool and garden with plenty of spaces to find sunshade. It is in a very convenient location to get into townother surrounding villages. We found see more

It is in a very convenient location to get into townother surrounding villages. We found great places to eat in Alhaurin el Grande. However we were concerned about the dogs nearby who were crying and barking a lot. Some people might find this disturbing. The host was helpful and flexible, enabling us to have a later checkout as there were no other incoming guests. Thankyou for a great week.

The owners were very communicative and attended to all of our needs. We had some difficulty finding the place but that was no fault of the owners. Our GPS had some challenges. :) Overall, it was a very nice experience. We love Spain!
