Description
Very well located and surrounded by countryside, this rural accommodation with private pool and plot fenced around its perimeter will allow you to have your rural space and get away from the routine without forgetting the proximity to urban centres such as Alhaurín el Grande or Cártama where you can find local food, leisure and restaurant businesses.
You will also enjoy a very good communication by road in case you want to enjoy the province of Malaga, enjoying natural environments such as Barranco Blanco, Refugio de Juanar, Caminito del Rey or the very centre of Malaga with all its socio-cultural offer that place it in one of the most desired cities for holidays. Let's not forget the large number of beaches offered by the Cosa del Sol and the large number of blue flags along the coast of Malaga.
To get to the accommodation you have to walk a 500 m stretch of unpaved road, in good condition and well maintained, you will have no problems to reach the accommodation.
When you arrive at the plot of the accommodation we will open an automatic gate with remote control, which will give you access to a prepared path that will take you to the outside parking area. You will see that the walls that limit the house are high and you will be able to have the desired privacy and intimacy.
The exteriors surround the property, with a roof that covers most of the outside, providing shade on the hottest days and shelter in case it rains. The swimming pool area is uncovered and you will appreciate the privacy offered by the surroundings of the plot. You can sunbathe, have a wonderful barbecue, enjoy a good time with the family in these outdoor areas. You can also use the outdoor toilet with a shower tray to avoid getting wet in the accommodation.
There is a fun play area with a beach volleyball court and small goals, the net used to play volleyball can be used to play badminton. For reasons of hygiene and pool maintenance, once you have played on the sand court and want to use the pool, you must shower first in the shower to prevent sand from remaining in the pool.
The interior of the accommodation is simple and complete, at the entrance you will find a spacious living-dining room connected to the open-plan kitchen which will help you, thanks to its complete kitchenware and small electrical appliances, to prepare your lunches, breakfasts or dinners.

The only negative was the abundance of flies at the property. The owner was very helpful, responsive and informative about the issue due to the temperature change at the time of year. However, we cannot deny it put a negative on our time there making food preparation and dining feel unhygienic. Not sure if a UV fly killer would have helped?The host was very responsive and helped with local information too which was much appreciated.

We had a great stay at the Villa, the villa has everything you need, and the BBQ area is great for cooking, it's great for children, it's nice and secure and enclosed and the gate locks which keeps them from wondering anywhere, Aldi & Lidl are only 5see more

We had an amazing week in Maria’s villa, which is in a gorgeous, peaceful location. The weather was amazing, so the kids were in and out of the pool. The villa had everything we needed, plenty of space for our family of seven plus my Dad. A lovely bisee more
We had an amazing week in Maria’s villa, which is in a gorgeous, peaceful location. The weather was amazing, so the kids were in and out of the pool. The villa had everything we needed, plenty of space for our family of seven plus my Dad. A lovely big terrace provides shade, there is a swing for the kids as well as a swing bench, plenty of loungers too. Kitchen is well equipped, AC units in every room, cot-bed and high chair provided. Location is fantastic, half an hour from the airport, half an hour from a selection of fantastic beaches and ten minutes drive from the supermarkets and restaurants.Maria and Manuel are very kind hosts, helpful in every sense, they made us feel very welcomed. I would highly recommend Marifran Villa and I hope to be back in the future.

The hosts were outstanding, so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The scenic view from the entrance was amazing, particularly in the evening, being able to watch the sunset. Es ist eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Wir waren dort mit 7 jungen Leuten. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt und man konnte sehr gut entspannen. Zudem waren genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem PKW innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
