Set up with a very familiar character and with an unbeatable location, this rural house for five people provides everything you need so that you and your family can enjoy your ideal vacation.
Location: 8 minutes from a shopping center in Coín, 12-15 minutes from urban centers such as Coín and Alhaurín el Grande, and 3 minutes from the Cártama highway, which facilitates access to tourist places such as the Caminito del Rey or the beaches of Torremolinos and Marbella.
Exterior: It has a swimming pool, a shaded porch and furniture to enjoy outdoor activities such as barbecues and sunbathing. There is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower.
Interior: The living-dining room is spacious, bright and cozy, with a fireplace and air conditioning. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a bunk bed, all with air conditioning. In addition, there is an indoor bathroom with a shower.
Access: Access is via a 500-metre unpaved road, but compact and safe.

We loved the surroundings, the fruit trees, the horses and the short walk to the river. Besides that, the house is brand new with an excellent kitchen and a great pool. We would definitely come again with our dogs. Thanks for your hospitality and thesee more

Die Lage ist super, um die Strände und die charmanten Dörfer in der Umgebung zu entdecken. Besonders gefallen hat uns die große Terrasse, auf der wir jeden Abend gegessen haben.

With private swimming pool, large porch with outdoor furniture and barbecue area. You will enjoy a large outdoor area to be with the family, enjoy a nice swimming pool with mountain views and prepare lunches on the barbecue. The location of this country house is very good, just a few minutes from the motorway that will take you to the inland area or to the Costa del Sol. The last part of the access to the property is a steep, unpaved, bumpy road. If you are travelling in a sports car we do not recommend this property. Inside there is a spacious living room with open plan kitchen, where you can spend time with the family watching TV or having lunch together. The access road to the accommodation is not asphalted or concreted, with irregularities. Sport or low profile vehicles are not recommended for the arrival of this accommodation. Wide exteriors for your family, with a nice rectangular swimming pool, where you will have the views of the area, sunrise, sunset, will be some of the natural spectacles that you will be able to see day by day. The swimming pool is fenced to limit the access to the little ones of the house when you can't watch them. You will also have an outside toilet to avoid entering the house wet in case of an emergency.
