With beautiful views this rural wooden house is on a plot of land where the owners live on the lower plot. They will be your hosts and will be at your disposal if you have any questions or queries.
The access road to the accommodation is not asphalted or concreted, with irregularities. Sport or low profile vehicles are not recommended for the arrival of this accommodation.
Wide exteriors for your family, with a nice rectangular swimming pool, where you will have the views of the area, sunrise, sunset, will be some of the natural spectacles that you will be able to see day by day. The swimming pool is fenced to limit the access to the little ones of the house when you can't watch them. You will also have an outside toilet to avoid entering the house wet in case of an emergency.
A beautiful porch and various relaxation and entertainment areas will make your holiday a complete experience, as well as the necessary space for teleworking.
The location of this beautiful rural wooden house is good, situated 10 minutes from the roads that will take you to the different points of Malaga, both to the capital and to the province or Costa del Sol.
At its entrance, the atmosphere generated by the wooden houses will give you tranquillity and security. With a two-storey architecture, on the lower floor you will find the living-dining room, kitchen (fully equipped and with access to the outside), two bedrooms with double bed, window to the outside and space to store your luggage and finally, a bathroom with shower, spacious and cosy.
The upper floor, with a sloping ceiling and an ideal height for children and teenagers. There is a fixed wooden staircase leading up to this room which houses a double bed and a single bed (accommodation is for six people), but this staircase is not suitable for very young children as the slope of the staircase can be dangerous for small children.

With private swimming pool, large porch with outdoor furniture and barbecue area. You will enjoy a large outdoor area to be with the family, enjoy a nice swimming pool with mountain views and prepare lunches on the barbecue. Always surrounded by the mountain views of the Guadalhorce valley. The location of this country house is very good, just a few minutes from the motorway that will take you to the inland area or to the Costa del Sol. The last part of the access to the property is a steep, unpaved, bumpy road. If you are travelling in a sports car we do not recommend this property. Inside there is a spacious living room with open plan kitchen, where you can spend time with the family watching TV or having lunch together. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your lunches without any hassle, you will also have plenty of storage space for your belongings. There are two bedrooms, one of which sleeps two people in a double bed and the other has three single beds, both with windows to the outside. There is a full bathroom with shower.
