Quiet rural studio with air conditioning, ideal for 2/3 people.
The studio is a part of a large house. The studio is private, as is the use of the pool and garden. With its own entrance and exclusive parking.
You will have a double bed, this studio is ideal for spending a few days as a couple, you will have peace of mind, and you will be surrounded by nature. You can also enjoy a good road connection to access the different roads that will make you discover all the points of interest in the province of Malaga.
Even so, this accommodation has an advantage in terms of its location, since, by car, you will have a wide range of commercial, leisure and restaurant venues in Coín, all within about a five-minute drive.
You will have a kitchenette, space to watch television and enjoy your favorite series. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches, breakfasts or dinners.
It will have a bathroom with a shower tray.
Private wood-lined swimming pool (4.6 m in diameter and 1.2 m deep) available for use in the months of June to September, with a large relaxation area with an outdoor wood-burning fireplace.
Wi-Fi Internet, porch in the partial shade of natural reeds.
Barbecue area and terrace.
It consists of a spacious room with a double bed, bathroom with bathtub and shower, kitchen-dining room with ceramic hob, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, toaster and washing machine. Osmosis equipment incorporated into kitchen faucet.
To accommodate the third person, an extendable bed will be available in the common areas of the accommodation, with an extra cost reflected in the price.
Views of the typical rural farm of the area, with cultivation of various trees (no chemicals, pesticides or herbicides are used).
*Important: The exterior appearance of the land, like the fruits of the trees, varies depending on the time of year compared to the images in the photos.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions in the water supply and how they could affect the traveler's stay, as long as these were decreed by the competent authorities, and were mandatory.
To mitigate these potential inconveniences during your stay, we recommend considering purchasing travel insurance.
**Additional note: the last part of the road to the accommodation is a dirt road.
Please note that to stay at this property it is necessary to retain or pay a deposit before handing over the keys.

Ana and Andrés are super friendly hosts. The apartment is well located - supermarkets and motorway connections nearby. Good facilities, especially the outdoor area with barbecue, pool and terraces we liked very much. We will definitely be back.

Casa estupenda ! Os aconsejo de ir a pasar unos dias ahi. Andres es una persona muy cuidadosa que os ayuda cuando lo necesitais. Hemos pasado una vacaciones estupendas. Gracias por todo.

Een heerlijke plek. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er en alles is schoon. Je hoort wat natuur en dier geluiden s’ avonds en ‘‘s nachts, maar dat vonden wij heerlijk.

Domek zgodny z opisem. Położony niedaleko Malagi i lotniska. Blisko Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona i stacja benzynowa. Można wybrać się pieszo na zakupy i wrócić w ramach spaceru. Domek położony w sadzie. Można zrobić grila. Przyjechaliśmy w listopadzie więc see more

Można zrobić grila. Przyjechaliśmy w listopadzie więc z basenu nie skorzystaliśmy ale za to na tarasie jest mały piecyk, w którym można rozpalić i nacieszyć się widokiem gwiazd i ciszą. Domek ma wszystko co potrzeba. Ręczniki, pościel, ciepły koc, grzejnik a także komplet naczyń dla dwóch osób. Jest kawiarka oraz kieliszki do wina. Na dworze są leżaki oraz fantastyczny hamak. Właściciel przyniósł nam cytryny i limonki oraz awokado z ogrodu. Można skosztować innej Hiszpanii. Zdala od turystów, rano słychać koguty, wieczorem odzywają się kozy. Piękne miejsce. Dobrze położone bo nie jest daleko do Rondy oraz Ścieżki Królów.

Für Ana & Andres gibt es von uns 12 von 10 Sternen! Gastgeber wie man es sich nur wünschen kann <3 Das Haus: Wer Ruhe braucht, ist hier am richtigen Ort! Gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir etwas abseits des Geschehens sind. Du hast hier deine Privatsphäre & kannst dich frei bewegen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist typisch mediterran, sehr schlicht, aber niedlich. Schöner Pool, tolle Aussicht. Die Nachbarshunde Tequila und Wiki sind zum verlieben und freuen sich jederzeit über Kuscheleinheiten. Verdiente 5 Sterne!
