With spacious and combined exteriors you can enjoy a beautiful barbecue in the outdoor patio, take a swim in the beautiful pool or enjoy with the little ones in the house on the swing located in the garden area. All with great privacy and surrounded by beautiful views combined with a tranquility that will make you forget the big city.
But we understand that we also need the urban environment, that is why this rural house makes it even more special, since its location will allow you to be in urban centers (such as the Trocha Shopping Center, in Coín) in a few minutes if travels by car.
With capacity for ten people, two living rooms, a large kitchen and three complete bathrooms, this rural house is organized on two floors. All rooms are equipped with AirZone air conditioning control, so you can independently regulate the temperature of the rooms. Remember to be responsible with the consumption of electrical devices.
On the lower floor you will enjoy a living room with a beautiful American kitchen, equipped with everything you need to make eating a pleasure. The television space equipped with Smart TV will provide you with family movie-loving moments or simply enjoy a break. So that there is no debate about what to enjoy on television, you will also enjoy a television or work room, ideal for the little ones in the house. This room also serves as a storage room and laundry room, thus being able to expand the space dedicated to storing belongings and belongings. the preparation of washed clothes. All bedrooms have a work desk, a window to the outside and space to store your luggage.
On this upper floor, in addition to having the en-suite bathroom in one of the bedrooms, there is another bathroom with a shower in the hallway leading to the rooms.

This was a great property, in a peaceful part of Coín. I would say it's all fine as long as you have a car and can explore,are happy to stay in the property the whole time. The house was super clean and really pretty, but we had some issues with it bsee more
This was a great property, in a peaceful part of Coín. I would say it's all fine as long as you have a car and can explore,are happy to stay in the property the whole time. The house was super clean and really pretty, but we had some issues with it being a smart home, as the WiFi was down for five days which meant things like the front door didn't work as it was enabled by an app. Generally though, the hosts were very accommodating and the holiday was great!
