Family Rural House in Barranco Blanco Rural house with pool located in the natural environment of Barranco Blanco (Alhaurín el Grande) surrounded by forest and mountains. This accommodation located on a terrace and with a large surface area, is of white Andalusian construction, with open spaces, high ceilings and high quality equipment in all rooms of the accommodation. Please note that for stays longer than 20 days, there is a cleaning included. In addition, the gardener will access the plot at least once to better care for the garden and pool for your enjoyment. ACCOMMODATION LOCATION If you want to get away from the city (the nearest urban center, either Coín or Alhaurín el Grande is 15 minutes away) be in contact with nature, silence... This is your accommodation, you can enjoy it if you like mountain biking. beautiful walks in the area, walking among trees, listening to the forest animals. Watch the sunset from this accommodation, take a dip in the pool in this environment or feel the heat of the fireplace in the coldest months of the year. You can have all these experiences. The pool area, surrounded by treated wood for the exterior, has views of the sky and mountains in which, whether from the hammock or inside the pool, the environment that you can see in it will not leave you indifferent. The protective railing outside, covered with a beautiful Bougainvillea, will give you privacy, an awning along with three comfortable hammocks will provide you with your space to sunbathe. It has a porch with two comfortable sofas where you can keep an eye on the little ones in the house if they are in the pool area. A little further to the right of this area, you will have a table with two chairs and access to a toilet that will be very useful to avoid going to the bedrooms wet if you are bathing. You can also read, write, think, rest from the noise of the city, in the different outdoor points, which, as you will see in the photographs, are available in general areas or near the bedrooms. You will have a beautiful kitchen, with a large access door and windows, very bright, but sheltered from the sun by the porch next to the pool. You will not lack any item for cooking, making coffee, baking. You will also enjoy a large pantry space, and refrigerators to preserve your food. It will have a main living room with a glazed fireplace, and a modern television, comfortable sofas, and an ideal environment for family conversation and relaxation. Thanks to the windows, bordering the sofa area, you will always have views of the mountains in daylight. BEDROOMS The bedrooms are located on two lower levels, they have exterior access via stairs to them. They all have an en-suite bathroom (some have a bathtub and shower and in others only a shower)..On the first lower floor you will find three bedrooms, two of them with access to a terrace with views, a sail-shaped awning and a chill out armchair. The three bedrooms have space to store your luggage, windows that open to the outside that make them very bright, and double beds. On the second lower floor we will find the fourth bedroom with an exterior terrace/viewpoint.
