Urban apartment in Ardales, close to local businesses such as supermarkets and restaurants, it also has very good communication with the main road that will take you to cities such as Antequera, Málaga center, Campillos and without forgetting that it is a very short drive from The Caminito del Rey.
You will enjoy a private parking with direct access to the accommodation. This parking lot is of normal dimensions, if you are traveling with a special car, especially at height, consult with the agency.
The accommodation is distributed on a ground floor and a first floor. The first floor is accessed via a comfortable staircase.
Through the general pedestrian entrance, we have in the first instance a dining room, which leads us to a living room where you can rest, meet or watch television. You will also have a kitchen on this floor equipped with everything you need so you can enjoy preparing your lunches. Although due to the proximity of local businesses, you can have lunch, breakfast or dinner in the area around the apartment.
On the upper floor we will find three bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, an exterior window and space to store your luggage in a comfortable and orderly manner.
The bedrooms have a double bed in two of them and two single beds in the third.
It has a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet.

Jesus was responsive and answered messages very quickly. He sorted a lack of gas within 20 mins so we could have the heater on. The house is spacious and clean. The kitchen is basic, so consideration needed if you are planning to cook as no oven and see more

The kitchen is basic, so consideration needed if you are planning to cook as no oven and limited pans etc but all of the necessities were there for us to eat basic meals for a week. Bedding was clean and comfortable, overall very good value for money.
