Very spacious 3 bedroom townhouse in quiet and central location, near to the Hotel Parador, the famous Carabeo street and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Balcón de Europa. Within a small and quiet typical Andalusian urbanization within the heart of Nerja. It shares a really nice garden and pool with the few other houses in the complex. It is a 5 minutes walk to beach, 10 minute walk to Balcon de Europa. It has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, large lounge/dining room, 2 terraces throughout the property with sea, pool and mountain views. Fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor are the two bedrooms and bathroom, with a double bed, on the third floor you have one bedroom with doublbed. It has a roof terrace to enjoy the sun privately.
Ideal for families or couples.
There are numerous restaurants , bars, a supermarket and bakery within a few minutes walk to suit every budget. The house sits right between the beautiful old streets of the town and the wonderful Burriana Beach.

The power in the house had a power trip-switch on several ocassions. Most rooms needed light bulbs. No wardrobes in the 3rd (top floor) bedroom. House sleeps 6 but only 4 chairs in garden and 5 chairs around dining table... otherwise all very good..see more

After hours 'Meet and greet' was a bit confusing, hard to see key pad numbers in dark, the map was not very good.
Very basic furniture and the sun bed on roof belongs in the bin.
Beds very noisy, bad smell from downstairs toilet and lots of road nosee more
