Designed for two people, this studio is located in an urbanisation where you will have several swimming pools, including a children's pool, surrounded by grass and shade so that you can enjoy a warm sunbath.
The access to the beach can be made directly to the promenade through the interior of the urbanisation, thus shortening the way and enjoying in a few metres of wide beaches and an extensive promenade. Restaurants, public transport, municipal parks and supermarkets are just a few minutes' walk away.
Situated on the twelfth floor, the entrance of the studio offers you a lot of light, an integrated kitchen with washing machine and a sofa to enjoy the television. The sleeping area is a double bed integrated in a piece of furniture that will be assembled with a simple gesture.
It has air conditioning and a bathroom with shower.
