Located in the city of Torremolinos, Cubo's Estudio Santa Clara offers you the tranquillity, rest, and peace of an intimate, quiet, and very bright apartment. And all this tranquillity, with the advantage of being situated just a few metres from the centre of Torremolinos and having nearby road and train connections. The location of the accommodation is excellent, either exiting through the private lift towards the Carihuela promenade/Bajondillo beach or through reception, where you will find all the food, dining, and leisure businesses you may need.
Cosy and recently renovated studio with incredible sea views from the private balcony and the impressive building terrace. The apartment renovation was done in spring 2019, adding simplicity and quality to the accommodation. You will be able to enjoy a studio with a natural picture from the living room. On the terrace, a 180º view will always provide a vision of the sea from any point of the accommodation.
Due to the orography where the apartment is located and the layout of its terrace, you will always be able to see the beautiful sunrises of the Costa del Sol.
The common areas of the accommodation are distributed over a large, wide viewpoint, with garden furniture and a bar (consumptions not included in the price) where you can enjoy the large pool with access for people with reduced mobility.
We warn that pool hours may change, so upon arrival, always consult with the concierge or pay attention to the notifications that the community provides in the accommodation building.
If you travel with children (Cot and High Chair must be requested in advance and are included in the price), do not worry, the perimeter of the common areas is fenced with high fences. There is a special pool for children, and access to the lifts to the beach is restricted only to complex users through modern coded cards.
The studio layout is very simple and functional. Living dining room with a double bed. It also has a table and chair inside the living room and a very functional kitchen that hides behind sliding doors. The ceramic hob kitchen has everything necessary for you to enjoy your lunches on the fantastic 10 square metre terrace that the accommodation has.
The accommodation has a parking space.

Grenada, Gibraltar, Cordoba & Sevilla)- exceptional see view, access to promenade- fantastic balcony – great place to eatadmire the sea - great communication, clear & easy check-in - clean and well equipped apartment- very nice bathroom with great shower - very effective air conditioning (both cool & hot air)Cons:- both bed and sofa are not wide enough (bed 135cm wide, sofa 140cm wide) for comfortable sleep for 2 person (if someone is used to sleep on mattress 160cm+)- sofa mattress in very thin, suitable only for kids, bed mattress not very comfortable – you feel springs when lay down- only 2 duvets (both very wide) and 1 blanket - we brought air mattress (for 3rd person) but we had to buy an extra duvet in Ikea- apartment is quite small so when you use sofa for sleeping – bed and sofa cover half of the apartment

Super convenient location - 10 minute walk from the Torremolinos train station, where frequent trains get you to the airport in 15 minutes. Not one but two really nice beaches are right on your doorstep. And the view from the balcony is fantastic andsee more

Nous avions loué l’appartement pour une semaine il n’y avait qu’un seul rouleau de papier de toilette. Les accessoire pour la cuisine sont spartiates et brisé ( ouvre bouteille). Lors de notre arrivée il a fallu faire un dépôt de sécurité ce qui était convenue mais la machine pour prendre le dépôt ne fonctionnait pas comme il faut et la dame a essayé 3 fois de passer le dépôt sans succès ce qui a bloqué ma carte et j’ai du faire un appel à master card U Canada pour débloquer ma carte.Mettons y’a eu ne reviendrai pas à cette appartement
