Description
Located in the city of Torremolinos Cubo's Estudio Santa Clara offers you the tranquility, rest and peace of an intimate, quiet and very bright apartment. And all this tranquility, with the advantage of being located just a few meters from the center of Torremolinos and having very close connections by road and train. The location of the accommodation is excellent, either by taking the private elevator to the Paseo de la Carihuela/Playa del Bajondillo or through the reception you have all the food, restaurant and leisure businesses you may need.
Cozy and newly renovated studio with incredible sea views from the private balcony and the impressive terrace of the building. The renovation of the apartment was done in the spring of 2019 adding simplicity and quality to the accommodation. You can enjoy a study with a natural painting from the living room. On the terrace, a 180º view will always provide you with a view of the sea from any point in the accommodation.
Due to the orography in which the apartment is located and the layout of its terrace, you will always be able to see the beautiful sunrises of the Costa del Sol.
The common spaces of the accommodation are distributed over a large, spacious gazebo, with garden furniture and a bar (drinks not included in the price) where you can enjoy the large pool with access for people with reduced mobility.
We warn that pool hours may change, so upon arrival always check with the concierge or pay attention to the notifications that the community provides by the accommodation building.
If you are traveling with children (Crib and Highchair must be requested in advance and it is included in the price) don't worry, the perimeter of the common areas is fenced with high fences. There is a special children's pool and access to the lifts to the beach is restricted to resort users only using modern coded cards.
The distribution of the studio is very simple and functional. Living room with double bed. It also has a table and chair in the living room and a very functional kitchen that is hidden behind sliding doors. The ceramic hob kitchen has everything you need so you can enjoy your lunches on the fantastic 10 square meter terrace that the accommodation has.
The accommodation has a parking space.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions in the water supply and how they could affect the traveler's stay, as long as these were decreed by the competent authorities, and were mandatory.
To mitigate these potential inconveniences during your stay, we recommend considering purchasing travel insurance.

Pros:- superb location for both local stay as well as sightseeing (incl. Grenada, Gibraltar, Cordoba & Sevilla)- exceptional see view, access to promenade- fantastic balcony – great place to eatadmire the sea - great communication, clear & easy checsee more

Grenada, Gibraltar, Cordoba & Sevilla)- exceptional see view, access to promenade- fantastic balcony – great place to eatadmire the sea - great communication, clear & easy check-in - clean and well equipped apartment- very nice bathroom with great shower - very effective air conditioning (both cool & hot air)Cons:- both bed and sofa are not wide enough (bed 135cm wide, sofa 140cm wide) for comfortable sleep for 2 person (if someone is used to sleep on mattress 160cm+)- sofa mattress in very thin, suitable only for kids, bed mattress not very comfortable – you feel springs when lay down- only 2 duvets (both very wide) and 1 blanket - we brought air mattress (for 3rd person) but we had to buy an extra duvet in Ikea- apartment is quite small so when you use sofa for sleeping – bed and sofa cover half of the apartment

communication was good, location was great as was view, would have scored this flat as a 5 stars, but there was a problem with the air conditioner and although they tried to get someone to fix it they were unable to get it repaired.

Super convenient location - 10 minute walk from the Torremolinos train station, where frequent trains get you to the airport in 15 minutes. Not one but two really nice beaches are right on your doorstep. And the view from the balcony is fantastic andsee more

And the view from the balcony is fantastic and private, just as shown in the photos - and in October when we were there, in full view of the sunrise too!

L’appartement est bien situé la vue est incroyable, mais l’odeur d’égout sanitaire gâchait le plaisir. De plus le lit est bon pour les vidanges. Ont sens les ressorts et il est très inconfortable. Nous avions loué l’appartement pour une semaine il n’see more

Nous avions loué l’appartement pour une semaine il n’y avait qu’un seul rouleau de papier de toilette. Les accessoire pour la cuisine sont spartiates et brisé ( ouvre bouteille). Lors de notre arrivée il a fallu faire un dépôt de sécurité ce qui était convenue mais la machine pour prendre le dépôt ne fonctionnait pas comme il faut et la dame a essayé 3 fois de passer le dépôt sans succès ce qui a bloqué ma carte et j’ai du faire un appel à master card U Canada pour débloquer ma carte.Mettons y’a eu ne reviendrai pas à cette appartement

La ubicación excelente , el servicio de comedor mejor que mejor.Y playa con inmejorable vistas la recomiendo no arrepentiréis un acceso muy cómodo.Piscina limpia y el socorrista muy atento .
