These spacious exteriors will allow you, in addition to enjoying a large pool and an excellent barbecue area, enough space for you to have moments of true relaxation, sunbathing, reading a book and enjoying the natural shade of the vegetation that this area has. so special accommodation.
Thanks to the complete outdoor furniture available, you can complete your family lunches. From the porch of the house that will serve as a rest area to the dining area near the barbecue. You will also enjoy an outdoor bathroom that will allow you to go to the toilet if you are enjoying the pool and thus not having to enter the accommodation.
From dawn until late at night, you will enjoy these exteriors, where you will always have the little ones in the house supervised in case they are enjoying the pool.
The plot is completely fenced and you can store your vehicle inside the plot.
At the entrance, the accommodation offers you a general view of a large living room with a beautiful fireplace that you can use in the colder seasons. An American kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your lunches and not have problems at meal time. This ground floor also has a large bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom.
Going up the stairs, we will have access to two bedrooms, one of them with a more childish character that houses two single beds. The second bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have closets and space to store your luggage neatly. On this floor there is also a complete, spacious and bright bathroom.

Lovely villa, pool, pretty garden, ideal for a family break away from the crowds. Half hour drive to the nearest coast. We visited Marbella, Fuengirola, Ronda and Mijas easily by car. Very private house and garden, fully enclosed so feels very safe. see more

Horse next door, you can hear birds all day, also a few goats, plus there are some dogs barking - surrounded by the sounds of nature!

Dit hoef je allemaal niet meer zelf mee te nemen. Fijn zwembad en zithoekjes.. Badkamer bij zwembad. Je hoef dus niet nat het huis binnen te gaan. Huis is een echte aanrader.....
