Surrounded by artificial grass you can enjoy two outdoor porches, private swimming pool, barbecue area, outdoor chill out porch to relax and near the pool a bathroom with whirlpool bath and television.
You and your children will enjoy peace and privacy. The plot is fenced around the perimeter for your security.
The large swimming pool is always in view from the interior porch. This space is equipped with a complete kitchen that will facilitate the preparation of lunches outside, it is also communicated with the interior kitchen and always with the swimming pool in sight to keep the little ones of the house under control.
The location of the accommodation is very good, in just five minutes by car you can be on the road to Cártama Station or motorway links, to enjoy the local businesses in the region or to enjoy the points of interest in the province of Malaga.
It has a large living room with fireplace, where you can watch TV and follow your favourite series or movies. You can also access the spacious kitchen, which also has access to the outside porch. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your lunches in a comfortable and easy way.
There are 4 bedrooms, one of which (the one with the double bed) has an en-suite bathroom.

The property features a beautiful deep pool, several TVs, and a modern outdoor kitchen fully equipped with everything you might need. There’s ample seating and plenty of shaded areas to relax in. The two fridges, freezers, and additional chest freezer were very convenient. The BBQ area is fantastic, complete with a big pizza oven.There are two kitchens, one could be doing with turned into something else. The main one was great with everything needed.

Owners restaurant La Clave is definitely worth a visit, food delicious xWould recommend and love to go back!

Wir hatten zu 9 eine tolle Zeit mit unseren Kindern. Der Pool ist goldwert und es gibt viele koch, sitz, entspann und spiel Orte. Das Licht ging in einem Zimmer nicht und am Ende des Aufenthalts war warmes Wasser knapp aber die vielen Duschen und Toisee more

Incredible and sunny luxury villa with an exceptional location, on Camino del Sexmo, Estación de Cártama with a mini-golf course included, as well as a basketball hoop and 3 bicycles for your enjoyment. This luxurious villa adapted for 12 people, decorated with exquisite taste and exceptionally spacious, is surrounded by farmland. We highlight its heated salt chlorination pool and independent barbecue area protected with an excellent pergola lined with natural wood, you can have the best barbecues with your family and always keeping the little ones in sight. The entrance to the Villa has direct access by road to the entrance of the accommodation. To park about 6 standard vehicles without any space problem. The main entrance, covered with a small porch lined with wood and outdoor furniture, will also serve to have a pleasant rest or have a tea in peace. The distribution of the house is as follows: From the hall to the left we find a luxurious living room with fireplace.
